Making A PURCHASE
Either use the online shop or make your purchase over the telephone.  You must add the applicable delivery charge.
 

You must make sure you fill in the form after your oder has been confirmed by PayPaul - you must click the return to site button.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, on dispatch of your goods. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you. We will try and deliver a similar item.
 

For self-catering deliveries, our minimum order is £35 plus delivery.

 

For London home deliveries the minimum order is £50 plus delivery.


Unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, the price for goods shall be that which is set out on your price list at the time your order is accepted by us.

The majority of products are free from VAT. 15% is already added for applicable items.

Where goods are priced by weight, these weights are guides and the weight of the item that you receive could vary from the stated weight by up to 20%.

Shipping and Handling
Cornwallinyourkitchen.com use its own transportation for self-catering deliveries and Clockwork for our London home deliveries.

Delivery Schedule
We only deliver on Friday's and Saturday's for self-catering deliveries.

 

We only deliver onTuesdays for London home deliveries.

 

SELF CATERING

We will make every effort to have your goods delivered on the day you have requested between 2pm and 6pm. However, we will not be liable if we fail to do so due to circumstances beyond our control. Delivery is made to the address specified upon the order form. It is up to you to make sure we have the correct delivery address and a contact telephone number.

Where possible, our helpful drivers have permission of entry to your self-catering accommodation within the area outlined on the web-site. They will leave chilled goods in the fridge and will leave dry goods on an appropriate work surface within the kitchen area. If you are in your accommodation they will only enter with your agreement.

We charge £3.25 (including VAT) for delivery.  If you require a delivery to be made outside of this area you must contact us to make specific arrangements. On receipt of the goods, if they are found to be incomplete, incorrect or damaged, you must notify us within 12 hours of delivery. We shall at our discretion, replace or give credit for any defective goods.

 

London Home

Privacy Policy
Cornwall in your Kitchen do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. 

 

Our company policy is to not store any financial details (credit or debit card numbers) of our customers.  Once your oder is processed we destroy all financial information.  If we are completing a phone order we write your details directly onto our virtual terminal. We do not write card or address deatils anywhere else.


 

Returns Policy

All items are subject to availability. The Company shall inform the Buyer as soon as possible if the Goods ordered are not available and a full refund shall be given where the Buyer has already paid for the Goods. In the event of non-availability of the Goods (or any of them) the Company may offer a reasonable substitute, which may be rejected by the Buyer.  If this is the case we will refund an amount of money equal to the product value.


Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at

We reserve the right to change these conditions at any time. However, the terms and condition apply to those at the time out contract is entered into.

Remittance Terms
You may cancel or change your current order no later than 72 hours before the day of delivery by calling 07530 909810 between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm.
