Cornish Pilchard Fillets in Olive Oil, 100g
Newlyn has been exporting salted pilchards to Italy since c.1550. Specifically designed boats allow the fish to be caught close to the coast and landed quickly. Storing the fish in slush ice preserves their condition as long as possible. Most fishing is done at night, so processing will begin only a few hours later, ready for same day dispatch.
Heatherbell Honey, 8oz
Robert Bell is that rare man. Passionate, articulate and knowledgeable. You could spend hours with him talking about honeybees and still want to learn more. With over 100 colonies (most sited on English nature reserves on the Lizard Peninsula) he (or his bees!) produce some sublime honey.
Boddingtons Strawberry Jam, 340g
Boddington’s strawberry Cornish Strawberry Conserve is made in small batches, by hand, on their family farm at Mevagissey. Strawberry Conserve is produced using only their own crop, hand picked, fresh, whole fruit, and only lemon juice and sugar are added. Boddington's Strawberry Conserve is delicious on scones, on toast and on crumpets.

Kernewek is Cornish for Cornish/ At Kernewek Herb Kitchen, they make a range of sauces, chutneys and dressings. Their signature product, Kernewek Herb Dressing, won Gold in the Taste of the West Food and Drink Awards 2005.

Furniss Clotted Cream Shortbread, 200g
At Furniss they like nothing better than a nice cup of tea and a biscuit. There's something wonderful about this simple pleasure in life and they use their passion for baking to make sure that you have the perfect teatime accompaniment.
Roskilly's Clotted Cream Fudge, 200g
Their Jersey cows graze freely in the meadows round the farm; their diet of lush grass produces the creamiest organic milk, which they turn into clotted cream in the farm’s kitchen. They then take the trays of rich cream to the fudge room. Here, their contents are spooned into vats of golden fudge to create traditional melt-in-the-mouth cubes.
Patnicks chutney, 275g
At Patnick’s, they make fine jams, marmalades, chutneys, and mustards in their kitchen in Cornwall. All their products are handmade in the traditional way, in open pans. They don't use any artificial flavourings, preservatives, or sweeteners.
