THE BUTCHER


Philip Warren and his son Ian believe in quality produce with outstanding flavour delivered through the understanding of animal welfare and knowledge of breed selection. The quality of the animals is top of their agenda .  Philip is also the  Cornish butcher for the rare breeds survival trust. They deal in locally sourced, succulent and farm assured meats ensuring their products are the highest quality.

 

I come from a family that has farmed the same land for over 500 years.  Thats my Red Ruby cattle and family farm on the image within the beef section.  Beef from our farm will be available in July.

Pork

Our pork comes from middle white pigs. Their pork is both tender and moist with a wonderful texture. Using only middle white pigs from a local farm, the pigs are fed on a rich diet of whey, which gives them a distinctive, mouth-watering flavour.
